Our non-discrimination policy is designed to adhere to a comprehensive range of federal, state, and provincial laws that govern fair treatment and equal opportunity. This includes compliance with the Indiana Civil Rights Act (IC 22-9-1), IC 20-33-1, Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Pay Act of 1973, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as well as Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Civil Rights Act of 1991, the Canadian Human Rights Act, and relevant provisions of the Ontario and British Columbia Human Rights Codes.
Our policy applies comprehensively to all programs, employment practices, and operational activities. Our policy also addresses financial exploitation and scams, which involve unethical or fraudulent practices aimed at exploiting individuals for financial gain. Any involvement with individuals or activities related to pedophilia is unequivocally banned. Additionally, recreational drug use is not tolerated, ensuring that our workplace remains free from the negative impacts of substance abuse.
Our commitment to this policy is integral to cultivating an inclusive and respectful environment where everyone, regardless of their background, can thrive. We strive to create an atmosphere where all individuals have equal opportunities and are protected from marginalization or unfair treatment.
